This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and regulations for the cancellations of use of codethatidea's Website and its Services.
Online Live Group Event/Course Cancellations
Cancellation by You
To cancel your registration, you can send an email to “info@codethatidea.com”.
Please note that once you have registered, a limited spot in the group has been reserved exclusively for you. If you have a change in your schedule, please let us know. If you cancel your registration less than 5 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee charge of half of the amount of the online group event or online group course.
We do not refund if the online group event or online group course is started.
Cancellation by codethatidea
If it appears that insufficient registrations have been received for a particular online group event or online group course, codethatidea may decide to cancel it. Parents/Students will be informed about this in advance. Due to reasons beyond our control, codethatidea may cancel an online course/event, or day(s) of it, and will refund the amount of the canceled online course/event or course day(s).
Online Live 1:1 Course Lessons Cancellations

Please note that once you have registered, a limited spot and time have been reserved exclusively for you. If you have a change in your schedule, please let us know and the lesson will be rescheduled as agreed with the Parents/Students in the email.
Before purchasing coding lessons from us, we always offer a free trial class, so that you and your child have the opportunity to get to know us and the way we work and teach. This hopefully gives both sides the opportunity to see if we are a successful match in educating your child in this amazing field of computer science. Please note that, once you buy a package of lessons, no refund will be made if you choose to cancel afterward.
Cancellation by codethatidea
Due to reasons beyond our control, codethatidea may cancel an online 1:1 lesson. Parents/Students will be informed about this in advance.
codethatidea will refund the amount of the canceled lesson, or reschedule the lesson as agreed with you in the email.
In-Person Lessons Cancellations
This applies to cancellations of previously agreed coding lessons/courses that are being given in person, to a Parent/Student, or within a Childcare Facility.
